I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of GRANTED from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
Brielle is a genie who has been stuck in her magical town for far too long. She wants for someone to rub her lamp so she can finally make a wish and come into her magic, Unfortunately for her, Brielle's first assignment, was Addie, who gave up on wishing long ago after she tried to wish her parents back into her life. If this wasn't enough for poor Brielle, she soon finds that genies are dying while she is adjusting to life as a teenager making friends and dealing teenage boys and another genie love interest. This book has the twist and turns you're looking for with multiple stories lines that run into one. I love the character development in Brielle and even her caretaker, but I do hope in future books we get to know more about addie's and the rocks life. This book was a new for me reading about genies, and I can't say I've read anything regarding genies before and didn't know there was even a genre for it, but this genie book left me wanting its next book and to read more in this genre.
I highly recommend this book especially if you're new to genies genre. I can't wait to read more by Michelle Merrill

Zoozik Bandana Bibs
I LOVE these drool bibs!! They couldn't have come at a better time; my baby girl started teething, and it's been nothing but drool! These bandanas cover her neck so well and has helped alleviate the drool rash quite well! I would highly recommend the for a baby shower gift or is you have a baby. I prefer these to bibs especially when we're out; it looks like it's part of outfit instead of there to catch drool!

So this morning prompted a product review. I am still thriving ( see health post) but being a new mommy, the hubby was off underwater in the Navy for most of the May, and no reprieve to get sleep, I have been drinking coffee again. This morning was no different than the last few, hubby has duty today so it's me and baby girl all day and night and we are just starting a schedule and sleep training so I brew a whole carafe of coffee this morning to drink throughout the day. I have the grounds but not the pods for a carafe plus I still find brewing the pods to be weaker in the carafe. This is where my handy reusable pods are great! I was able to brew a mix of coffee this morning of hazelnut and vanilla biscotti and make it to my taste and strength! Now, I have newer Keurig 2.0, and that's what it's for, and it's saved me money in the long run with k cup in my favorite coffee. I also use it for loose tea. If you're interested in the beauty its on Amazon for $13 for both the k-cup and carafe reusable pod. . (K-CARAFE 2.0 Reusable Filter and K-CUP 2.0 Single Cup Reusable Filters Gift Set From Freedom Brew). I hope you enjoy it as much as i do!

On The Road Again

Hello everyone,
It's been a silent few months and for that, I apologize. I wanted to blog my infertility journey as I went but after 15 months and much lost it was hard for me to find it in me to even get up each day let alone blog. When our IVF took in July of last year, I had the best of intentions of again blogging, but I spent most of pregnancy either bleeding, having high blood pressure or just scared of losing this baby. However, I did chronicle this journey through photos and person journals and will begin to share now. The first thing I do want to share is if you have experienced loss or struggled with infertility, check out Hope Mommies (http://hopemommies.org/ https://www.facebook.com/groups/hopemommies/). I found a lot of peace, encouragement and fellowship there, a loss can feel like the loneliest times but here I knew I wasn't alone. Their facebook page is a closed group for a good reason, but they have another group called New Blessing for pregnancies after a loss.
Outside of my infertility journey, I want to document my road back to yoga, a complicated pregnancy left little room for yoga and inversions! I have my postpartum appointment in 10 days and hopefully, get the clear to go back to working out. I've missed my yoga wheel, and I will be back to my couch to 5k, I am not much of a runner, but hopefully this will help. Besides working out, you will see my love for Doctor Who, Star Wars and all things geeky as well as my love for essential oils!
That's all for now! Thank you for taking this journey with me. I will leave you a post I held dearly to my heart daily by French Press Mornings. (http://frenchpressmornings.com/2014/07/encouraging-wednesdays-1-corinthians-138/)
I knew joy was coming during my journey, this was a helpful reminder.
