[Apple MFI Certified] Zealectro 3.3ft Nylon Braided USB Cable with Lighting Connector for Apple iPhone 6s Plus

I did receive this product at a discount for its evaluation and review. What I love about this particular cable is that the nylon is braided making it durable. I have had a few lighting cables, and most of them end up destroyed, the cables have either looked burned and stopped working or damaged.

This connector heads on this cable are bigger in size than the Apple cables, which is a beneficial because I found it easier to plug in and not fumble with it. However, it required that I removed most of my cases to use. The product measures a 5/8th inch long by 3/8th inch wide by 1/4th inch thick. It has been an amazing product and is still in good shape and functioning 30 days later.

My new favorite yoga mat!!

I purchased a new yoga mat from Chak Fitness and I must say I love this mat! I have 2 cheaper mats from Ross that I brought for comfort and to feel like I am not engaging in my practice on concrete. Though this looks thin it is quite cushioned! out home has all laminate flooring so the cushion from the mat has improved my motivation to practice and reduce the lack of focus from pain in my hands and heels. I also love that I don't slide towards the end of workout due to sweating.

I did receive this item at a discount for an honest review but I have brought for my fellow yogi friend at full price and she loves it! If you're interested in buying it click the link below!

I've been gone for a bit and I apologize. The road to baby Roarke has taken its toll and I just needed a break for a bit. However, there is great news on that front and I will be making a post by this weekend!

Are you Thriving?! I am and love it!

Back at the end of April, I had a lot of health issues and still do. It was harder to cope with these problems because well to be quite honest I was just out of energy and fatigued. A girlfriend of mine reached out to me and asked me if I was interested in thriving with her. I was quite leery because I had been doing AdvoCare but after my first 24-day challenge it was like my body adapted to spark, and all the meds. It had my blood pressure out of control and provider asked me to stop most of my AdvoCare products. It left me with the fiber powder, rehydrated and bars. She explained to me she wasn't interested in my weight loss aspect if I lost weight great, but it was the energy levels she thought I would benefit from.  I looked over some of the information and yes people lost weight but most people raved about the energy they had, they lost the weight because at the end of the day they had the energy to go to to gym and do the meal prepping. So I decided I had nothing to lose in trying, I was already bed bound due to pain and sleeping most of the day anyways. I've been thriving since the start of May, and I haven't looked back, I've lost a few pounds, but mainly I have the energy to tackle the day! Yes, I am still in pain, but I manage that with a pain pill and the DFT patches from Thrive help me handle the drowsiness. So instead taking 2-3 naps a day for at least 2 hours I am taking 2-3 naps a week at the moment and those are on my heavy workout days, and I need the 3 pills a day to manage pain but the naps last 60 mins if I am lucky because I keep my patch on.

The DFT Ultra patch helps with weight management, mental clarity, appetite control, metabolic support and is an all-natural time-release patch that you can leave on for up to 24 hours. Thrive recommends using their line of capsule and shakes but my husband snipes just my patches every now and again during long duty days, and it works well for him. Even if you don't want to try their entire brand, I truly do think the patches are amazing. My husband is an energy drink fiend and will have 3-4 on a duty shift that he tells me about, but when he had to do nights with no notice, he was down to one drink in the wee hours of the morning while taking this patch.

If you're interested in trying the whole brand or even just the patched check out their site. Kahneenees.Le-Vel.com

An oilers life

Last year I was introduced to Young Living Oils, I simply started with diffusing every now and again, but now I use them for my fertility issues as well as headaches, cleaning recipes and now I have a  Zyto Scanner to help specify oils that your body needs! I have a daily regimen i use on my feet and a daily regimen for infertility issues.

I am using Clay Sage, Lady Sclareol, Scarlesscense, Progessence Serum, Dragon Time, and Prenolone plus cream. It has improved my uterine lining and has made my monthly visits lighter, less crampier and shorter. What started me on my path for fertility oils was lemon droppers post on Pinterest coupled with my essential oils pocket reference book and I could  say its has improved things however since starting we haven't had an embryo transfer or baby danced long enough to get results.  Mid May should see if baby dancing worked at all if not then we should have a transfer set around then as well. We failed IVF back in February after we put in 2 embryos we now have 3 left. So, pray that we get our beautiful rainbow baby soon!

If you're interested in oils please check out my site: https://www.youngliving.org/neblvn. You can buy them wholesale from me or  you can click sign up and start buying them at a discount! Also, please follow me on Pinterest for oil and blends as well as my Instagram account, For everyone that signs up for a Premium Starter Kit, I will send you an Essential Oils Pocket Reference free.

Advocare came into my life thanks to a friend at work, she shared her success story and it made me want my own story. My husband is military and gone a lot so it was easier for me to eat out than cook for myself and I moving to Hawaii introduced me to a whole new cultural cuisine that I wanted to try!

I was was not always overweight, but after illnesses I was struggling to lose weight and keep it off, it was a very disappointing time fro me. My friend Emily showed me the process and how to start the 24-day challenge as well as let me sample Spark and was amazed at how much energy I felt for the first time without a latte! That's all it took for me to get revved up for this challenge!

I got started on my cleanse, I was a bit discouraged because I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to handle it. The food restrictions were way more than I am used to, but the first 10 days had me more regular than I've ever been, down 5 pounds already feeling amazing! By max phase I was feeling like a different person, with more energy and wanting to make sure I had my workout and Advocare daily.

I ended Advocare down 8 pounds with 1.5 inches off my waist and 1 inch off my hips, and thighs! If there is anything  I can say, it is take a chance on Advocare all you have to lose with pounds!

Still on the road with the best man ever!

Our adventure to baby Roarke has been daunting to say the least. The transfer was scheduled for the 21st of April. However, after finding a mass in my chest and rib wall on the 10th ( Post mastectomy in 2013), everything was put on hold. I am still waiting for MRI results on what's going on but was told not to worry. We went about it the natural way this month, no medications just baby dancing! The digital ovulation kit from Clear Blue has been flashing the obnoxious smiley face at me for six days now, no solid face for ovulation peak day. I am hoping we get lucky! Our focus right now is pain control over what the doctors are calling neurofibromas and continue our road to baby Roarke, who has a name already. We're just waiting for him or her to arrive.
